Flight Booking Refund Policy Flight ticket refunds are subject to airline rules and conditions. Cancellation charges, if any, are determined by the respective airline. Service charges paid to UCS World Tour and Travels are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after confirmation from the airline. Refund amount will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days, depending on the airline and bank processing time..

Bus Booking Refund Policy Bus ticket cancellations and refunds depend on the bus operator’s cancellation policy. Some tickets may be partially refundable or non-refundable. Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation and service charges.. 

Car Rental Refund Policy Car rental cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to be eligible for a refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or no refund. Any refund will be processed after deducting service and cancellation charges.
